Thanks to all of our authors, patrons and volunteers for making 2009 one forthe record books. With more than 18 events, throughout downtown as well as at the University of Alberta and the Spruce Grove Library, this year's festival became our largest conversation ever.

Thanks to all of our authors, patrons and volunteers for making 2009 one forthe record books. With more than 18 events, throughout downtown as well as at the University of Alberta and the Spruce Grove Library, this year's festival became our largest conversation ever. Our 30 authors' readings included works nominated for the Charles Taylor Prize, Governor General's Award for Nonfiction, BC Book Award and Writers Trust Award for Nonfiction. In short, we were thrilled.
